Trademarks
All service marks, trademarks, trade name, trade dress and other indicia of source used herein and otherwise by PrintNSave (collectively called the "Marks") are proprietary to PrintNSave or other respective owners that have granted PrintNSave the right and license to use such Marks. Users do not receive any trademark rights or any other rights in or to the Marks. Users do not receive any trademark rights in or to the Content.
Limitations and Disclaimers
In no event will PrintNSave, its parent, or its affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers or service providers be liable for, nor make any adjustment, refund or credit of any kind for, any loss, corruption, delay, misprint, non-print, inclusion, omission, shipment, misdelivery, nondelivery, misinformation, other direct or indirect damages, or failure to provide printed products, printing services or shipping services (any of the foregoing, "Service Failure") to the extent caused by or resulting from:
Your acts, defaults or omissions;
Your violation of any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time;
Viruses, worms, Trojan horses and other forms of harmful code that are not detected or removed using PrintNSave standard virus-detection procedures;
Criminal acts, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, authority of law, local disputes, civil commotions, war, national or local disruptions in electronic and transportation networks, failures of Internet service providers, weather phenomena, strikes, natural disasters, and disruption or failure of communication and information systems;
Loss, corruption or irretrievability of, or damage to, Your personal information, User-provided Materials or information regarding the printed products used or stored by PrintNSave;
The nature of the shipment, including any defect, characteristic or inherent vice of the shipment;
Your failure to provide an accurate shipping address or other information that You are asked to provide in connection with the provision of services;
Acts, defaults or omissions of any person or entity other than PrintNSave, including our compliance with verbal or written instructions from the sender, recipient or persons claiming to represent the shipper or recipient;
Our inability to provide a copy of the delivery record or a copy of the signature obtained at delivery;
Our failure to provide a valid shipping account number in good credit standing in the billing instructions on shipping documentation;
Our failure to notify You of any delay, loss or damage in connection with Your printed products or shipment or any inaccuracy in such notice;
Our release of shipments without obtaining a signature if a signature release is on file;
Our provision of advice, assistance or guidance on this site does not constitute acceptance of liability.
All claims, whether they regard printing services or shipping services, should be resolved by contacting PrintNSave. Failure to contact PrintNSave directly will cause a delay in the processing of any claim and will result in a delay in processing Your claim, which could cause Your to lose the ability to receive compensation for loss involving shipping or printing services as provided in these terms and conditions.
If a shipment containing Your printed products is refused by the recipient, or is damaged, the shipment will be returned to You if possible. If You refuse to accept the returned shipment or it cannot be returned because of damage, You are responsible for and will reimburse PrintNSave for all costs and fees of any type connected with the return shipment and legal disposal of the shipment;
PrintNSave DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE SHIPMENT, AND DELIVERY SERVICES OFFERED ON THIS SITE. IN PARTICULAR, PrintNSave DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE TIMELY DELIVERY OF PRINTED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SUCH AS LEGALLY REQUIRED FILINGS.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE OF ANY KIND, NOR DO WE PERMIT YOU TO ASSIGN A DECLARED VALUE TO ANY PRINTED PRODUCT OR SERVICE.
Performance of any Services will not cause us to be deemed Your, or anyone's, agent for any purpose.
PrintNSave Satisfaction Guarantee
PrintNSave is committed to customer satisfaction, and we do everything possible to ensure proper cutting, accurate color reproduction, and excellent printing quality. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors or color selection errors introduced by the customer in the artwork file creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such product type, size, finishing options, or quantity.
- Incorrect file dimensions, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with PrintNSave specifications.
- Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
- Duplicate orders by the customer.
- Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, hole drilling, die cutting or other custom services.
- Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages/3 rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by the customer.
- We reserve the right to have you return the original order, at our cost, before reprinting or refunding your order. Color match, cutting and folding tolerances are guaranteed to be within industry standards (CMYK) for pleasing color and tolerances published within our website.
- This guarantee is limited to reprint of the original order quantity or refund of the purchase price of the order. We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date.
- This guarantee does not cover fees for mailing service or postage or associated incidental or consequential damages or claims. PrintNSave is not liable for Postal Service errors, including loss or delay.
Please preview your designs carefully and correct any issues prior to placing your order.
Claims Procedure
We will either refund or credit (at our option) the charges You actually paid for the Services (including shipping charges, if applicable) if we fail to properly provide the Services or the printed products or to properly ship the printed products, subject to limitations described in the Section above entitled "Limitations and Disclaimers". In order to qualify for a refund or credit due to Service Failure, the following limitations apply:
- To obtain a refund or credit, at our option, for a Service Failure or damage of a printed product during shipping (if the shipping services are provided through PrintNSave), you must notify us in writing within seven (7) days after delivery of such printed products.
- For all other claims, including claims arising out of any nondelivery or misdelivery you must notify us within thirty (30) days of the shipment date.
- In the case of a claim concerning any defective printed products, you must return the defective printed products to PrintNSave by sending an email message to complains@printnsave.com.au.
- In case of a claim concerning any non-delivery, misdelivery, damaged shipment or other shipping-related claim, You must retain all original shipping containers, packaging and contents and make the foregoing items available for our inspection.
- Any claim against PrintNSave under any cause of action arising from or related to the provision of Services or printed products or shipment of any printed products shall be extinguished unless an action is brought within one (1) year of the date of order. We will send Your refund to the billing address on Your account.
- A service failure will not be deemed to have occurred if within 30 calendar days after Your notify us, we provide You with:
a. Proof of timely delivery, consisting of the date and time of delivery and name of the person who signed for the shipment or signature release information;
b.Service exception information reflecting that the failure to timely deliver resulted from circumstances described under "Limitations and Disclaimers." - We are not obligated to respond or provide any credit or refund if Your have not paid for Services or shipping costs, if applicable; or when Your request is not received within the time limits stated above.
Only one refund or credit is permitted per package. In the case of multiple-package shipments, this return policy will apply to every package in the shipment. If a service failure occurs for any package within the shipment, a refund or credit will be given only for the portion of the transportation charges applicable to that package.
A refund or credit will not be given for shipments delayed due to incorrect addresses or ZIP codes or the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery or sign for the package or any of the causes described under "Limitations and Disclaimers." In addition, for shipments to and from International destinations, no refund or credit will be given if failure to timely deliver is the result of tax authority or customs or other regulatory delays.
This refund policy does not apply to undeliverable or returned shipments.
Order Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an order to sell. PrintNSave reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. No obligation to provide services exists between you and PrintNSave until your valid and authorised credit card is charged, the transaction is approved by our payment gateway and the charge is validated and accepted by Your credit card company.
Because this site is viewable internationally, not all products and services mentioned will be available in countries other than Australia. If you have any questions about international service, email PrintNSave Helpdesk at info@printnsave.com.au
Payment
All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted. If a User submits a request on the Site to purchase printing products, mailing services, design services or other services, the User agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping and processing fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by User with an approved payment method. Such amounts will be posted on this Site.
Once a print job has been approved by customer and "sent to press" on the Site, no changes are allowed to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. After a print job has been sent to PrintNSave’s prepress department, the customer is responsible for paying the entire amount of that print job along with applicable taxes, shipping, and processing fees, unless otherwise noted.
Please note that no work will proceed on any print job in your order until full payment is received by PrintNSave.
Color Accuracy
PrintNSave will reproduce colour from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match colour and density because of limitations in the printing process, as well as neighbouring image ink requirements.
Artwork Files
Our prepress department checks most artwork files before printing, but you are still 100% responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and we encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting to PrintNSave. As postal regulations are subject to change, you are also 100% responsible for complying with current mailing restrictions for your layouts. Check with your local Post Office. Please note that we have created file preparation guidelines and product templates to assist you in creating print-ready files, and we also offer file preparation support services.
You certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. DO NOT send any "one-of-kind" transparencies, prints or artwork. Although we take every precaution to safeguard your materials, we are NOT responsible for loss or damage of images or artwork.
Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable.
Printing Turnaround Time
Printing turnaround time begins once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded to your account, attached to your printing job, approved by PrintNSave for printing and payment has been received. If you ordered a hardcopy proof, printing turnaround time begins when we receive approval for your proof. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job status will return to "Need Artwork" and your printing turnaround time will be reset.
For printing jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, printing turnaround begins when we have your print-ready file(s) for your print job, not from when the order is first submitted.
While ordering, if the delivery date required and selected in calendar by the customer is a public holiday in Australia, the delivery will be done on next business day. Please understand that target arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees. While we will do everything in our power to meet your target arrival date, weather and other occurrences beyond our control may impact our ability to meet that date.
Mailing Services
Customer's mailing list(s), while in the possession of PrintNSave, is the exclusive property of the customer and shall be used only with customer's instructions. Customer's mailing list(s) will not be sold or offered for use to any other party, and PrintNSave will not utilize the list for any other purpose.
All mailing delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. PrintNSave’s responsibility is limited to preparing your mailing and completing delivery. PrintNSave’s responsibility ends when the printed job is forwarded for shipping. In no event shall PrintNSave be liable for shipping failures or delivery delays.
PrintNSave shall be liable to rectify printing and mailing errors only to the extent of re-mailing a correction or corrected job as soon as possible, and allowable damages shall be limited to the value of the printing work performed. In no case is PrintNSave liable for loss of business; incidental or consequential damages; or costs in excess of billing for services related to the specific job.
The customer will defend and hold PrintNSave harmless in any suit or court action brought against PrintNSave by others for alleged damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), liabilities or losses resulting from circumstances where PrintNSave, acting as the customer's agent, uses copy, photographs, or illustrations that are believed by others to be degrading, libellous or harmful to their reputations, images, or standing in the community or which in PrintNSave’s sole judgment is an infringement on a trademark, or trade name, or service mark, or copyright belonging to others, or in a suit or court action brought against PrintNSave for actions of the customer's employees which may occur as a result of any mailing.
Miscellaneous
All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. No refunds are given once PrintNSave begins working on your order, which means PrintNSave has received your necessary materials (i.e., digital files and payment) and started work on your job.
Within 30 days of purchase, a partial or full refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been completed by PrintNSave. Please note that such refund would be reduced to cover any fees charged for proofs, processing or other services associated with that order.
To be sure we are successful at meeting customer-requested delivery times, PrintNSave actively maintains materials inventory and staff, and schedules time on all equipment for orders that have been placed. Orders that are not sent to press by the customer within 5 days of order incur additional equipment, labour and inventory costs for PrintNSave. Orders not sent to press by the customer within 90 days of the order being placed will be non-refundable and will incur a fee of 12.5% of the original job total for each 30 day period thereafter until 100% of the original job total has been accrued in fees.
All materials we create in producing your printed product are the property of PrintNSave. Although these materials will NOT be sold or given to any other party, we reserve the right to distribute free samples of your printed product. Please note that your printed product or images used for your printed product will not be used in any national advertising without your prior written consent.
Copyright Notice
You, the User, acknowledge that all content included on this Site, including, without limitation, the information, data, software, photographs, graphs, typefaces, graphics, images, illustrations, maps, designs, icons, written and other material and compilations (collectively, "Content") are intellectual property and copyrighted works of PrintNSave and/or various third-party providers ("Providers"). Reproductions or storage of Content retrieved from this Site, in all forms, media and technologies now existing or hereafter developed, is subject to Copyright Act of 2004, Australia.
Corporate Identification and Trademarks
" PrintNSave ", " PrintNSave.com.au", and any and all other marks appearing on this Site are trademarks of PrintNSave in Australia and other jurisdictions ("Trademarks"). You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit distribute or modify the Trademarks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on this Site, without PrintNSave's prior written consent. The use of Trademarks on any other Web site or network computer environment is prohibited. PrintNSave prohibits the use of Trademarks as a "hot" link on, or to, any other Web site unless establishment of such a link is pre-approved by PrintNSave in writing.
Use Restriction
You may only use this Site to make legitimate requests to purchase the products or services offered (each, a "Request"), and shall not use this Site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent Requests. You may not use robots or other automated means to access this Site, unless specifically permitted by PrintNSave. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of your use of this Site. You agree to promptly update your membership information (if applicable) in order to keep it current, complete and accurate.
It is a violation of law to place a Request in a false name or with an invalid credit card. Please be aware that even if you do not give us your real name, your Web browser transmits a unique Internet address to us that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. Fraudulent users may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Permission is granted to electronically copy and print in hard-copy portions of this Site for the sole purpose of using this Site as a shopping resource. Any other use of materials or Content on this Site, including reproduction for a purpose other than that noted above without PrintNSave's prior written consent is prohibited.
We encourage you to share your comments and questions with us, but we may not be able to respond to all of them. Please note that we assume no responsibility for reviewing unsolicited ideas for our business (like product or advertising ideas), and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities between those ideas and materials that may appear in future PrintNSave programs. Also, please remember that you are responsible for whatever material you submit and that you, not PrintNSave, have full responsibility for any message that you send, including its reliability, originality and copyright. If you are not a resident of the Australia, please note that the personal information you submit to the Site will be transferred to the United States and processed by PrintNSave in order to provide this Site and its services to you, or for such other purposes (as set forth in the Privacy Policy).
Third Parties
If you use this Site to submit Requests for or on behalf of a third party ("Third Party"), you are responsible for any error in the accuracy of information provided in connection with such use. In addition, you must inform the Third Party of all Terms and Conditions applicable to all products or services acquired through this Site, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto.
Each User using this Site for, or on behalf, of a Third Party agrees to indemnify and hold each Covered Party harmless from, and against, any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits and claims (including the costs of defence), relating to the Third Party's or the User's failure to fulfil any of its obligations as described (above). The User is directly responsible for any Request submitted, including related fees, charges and performance obligations.
User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
All comments, feedback, suggestions and ideas disclosed, submitted or offered to a Covered Party in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, "Comments"), shall become and remain the exclusive property of PrintNSave. The Comments may be used by a Covered Party in any medium and for any purpose worldwide, without obtaining your specific consent and you relinquish all rights to such Comments. No Covered Party is under any obligation to maintain your Comments (and the use of your first name and first initial of your last name with any comments) in confidence, to pay to you any compensation for any Comments submitted or to respond to any of your Comments. You agree you will be solely responsible for the content of any Comments you make.

To the extent this Site contains links to outside services and resources, any concerns regarding such services or resources should be directed to the particular outside service or resource provider. Termination
In the event that PrintNSave learns of, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, that Your registration information is inaccurate, or that activity in violation of these Terms & Conditions has occurred within your account, we can suspend or terminate Your access to Your account or the Services without notice and refuse to authorize its future use. Repeated violations of these Terms & Conditions will result in immediate termination. In addition, PrintNSave reserves the right to discontinue the Services at any time without reason or advance notice to You.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. Any litigation concerning these Terms & Conditions or other uses of this site shall be brought in Brisbane, Queensland and you consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction over you by such courts. This Agreement is not governed by the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded.
This site may contain links to sites that are owned, operated and maintained by third parties, which are provided as a convenience to You. These linked sites are not under the control of PrintNSave, and PrintNSave is not responsible for the accuracy of the content on such sites, or the privacy practices of such sites, PrintNSave does not monitor nor review the content of such sites, and You expressly understand that You access by link to such sites is at Your own risk.

You may choose to register on PrintNSave.com.au to access interactive features or update Your commercial account information. The availability of these services varies by country. In the future, PrintNSave may add or remove some features for access through PrintNSave.com.au Login. In such event, previously registered users will not be required to re-register.
By registering on PrintNSave.com.au , Your agree to provide accurate and current information about Yourself as prompted by the PrintNSave.com.au Login Registration pages and maintain and promptly update Your online profile information to keep it accurate and current.

No Other Relationship
The use of this site creates no relationship, contractual or otherwise, between You and any other entity, supplier or service provider, other than PrintNSave.
